The people were friendly and held a vast knowledge about the vines, the soil, the history of the area, and their winemaker’s vision. The grounds were gorgeous and the tasting room was comfortable and not too crowded…

… plan a day in West LA, would you? Hit Hole in the Wall when they open saturday morning at 11am for a nutrient packed power breakfast burger. Then head to Santa Monica Pier, Muscle Beach, and then into the ocean somewhere on the way. Then head up to the Getty Museum with a bottle of viognier, a couple of dixie cups, and someone looking for modeling/acting work to enjoy some fine art styles and a beautiful sunset scene…
